Tea Parties
It was lovely to hear the children talk so enthusiastically and knowledgably about their learning in RE today as they tucked into some raisins and biscuits.
They said that they enjoy RE lessons, especially when there are artefacts to touch and feel or if they include drama.
“Parables tell you a moral. They tell you how to treat other people. They are found in the Gospels in the Bible.”
Last week we had a writing tea party and the week before, a maths tea party. The children are so articulate about what they are learning and why they are learning it. They enjoy all of their lessons in school and they feel supported by the teachers.
