We have a newly formed Green Council made up of children from Years 1 to 6, who represent their fellow pupils in making small steps to make a difference to our school and the wider world. These children have been elected democratically at the beginning of the school year.

The Green Council play a crucial role in informing all members of our school community on how to care for the Earth.

Our three main areas of focus for this academic year are:

1. Litter - reducing the amount of single-use plastics
2. Energy - ensuring lights are turned off when not being used
3. Transport - having more active journeys to/from school
